If you are unable to attend the clinic in person, phone or video consultations may be available where appropriate. If you are unsure what type of appointment is most suitable, please contact reception for assistance.
Interpreter services
Interpreter services can be arranged through reception when booking an appointment. Please let us know in advance if you need an interpreter, as a longer appointment is required.
Communication support
Patients who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment can contact the clinic through the National Relay Service. Please let reception know if you need communication support so we can help arrange the most suitable appointment.
